Siebel Production Support Specialist (Techno-Functional)

  • Role Responsibilities - Production Support

- Provide L2/L3 production support for Siebel CRM
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, service requests, and data issues
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support release deployments, post-deployment validation, and production stabilization
- Maintain operational documentation and runbooks

  • Role Responsibilities - Techno-Functional Support

- Provide hands-on support across Siebel modules including:
Accounts, Payments, Activities, Assets, Contacts, Entitlements, Opportunities, , Quotes, Sales Orders, Service Requests, Usage, Audit Trail
- Analyze functional issues and translate them into technical fixes or configuration updates
- Support data corrections, workflow analysis, and business rule validation

  • Integration & SOA Support

- Support Siebel integrations with Oracle CCB and web platforms using SOA and web services
- Troubleshoot inbound and outbound web service calls and data synchronization issues
- Coordinate with middleware and integration teams to resolve cross-system defects

  • Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate daily with global offshore support teams
- Participate in incident bridges, handover calls, and status meetings
- Support SLA adherence, escalation management, and production reporting
